Darshan Capital may partner with co-investors, private equity firms, family offices and senior management teams to execute transactions. We invest in leveraged buyouts, growth financings, and balance sheet recapitalizations. Darshan Capital invests across a broad group of industries in companies with annual EBITDA ranging from $1 million to $25 million.
The principals of Darshan Capital have been financing and investing in the private debt and equity asset classes for over 30 years. Darshan Capital has the ability to invest between $5 million and $50 million per transaction.
